How to Connect with
the Higher Self
Following is the process to connect with the
Higher Self/Spirit of a loved one:
 |
Open your mind to the possibility of connection. |
|
|
Ask God (or equivalent) to surround you with
divine white light. |
|
|
Set the intention to connect with the Higher Self of your loved one. |
|
|
Ground yourself by seeing roots extending from
your feet down into Mother Earth - connect
with her energy. |
|
|
Pull this energy back up into your body - up to
your heart. |
|
|
Move out through the top of your head to connect
with the Crystalline Matrix above. |
|
|
Pull the healing love energy from the
Crystalline Matrix back into your body through the
top of your head down into your heart. |
|
|
As the energy of Mother Earth and the
Crystalline Matrix mingle together, allow this
higher energy of love to expand out from your heart
to the space around you. |
|
|
Ask for permission to chat with your loved one's
Higher Self. |
|
|
If you receive a "yes" you may continue.
If you receive a "no" honor the answer and stop. |
|
|
Command to speak with your loved one and allow
the meeting to take place... |
|
|
After chatting with your loved one thank them
and the power greater than yourself for the safe
meeting. |
|
|
Ground yourself again by extending roots from
your feet down into Mother Earth. |
|
|
Allow yourself to accept your connection. |
